Privacy

This privacy notice describes how Brenix expects to collect, use, retain, and protect account, organization, inspection, and website information.

Information we process

Brenix may process account and membership details, organization settings, billing references, support communications, product analytics, and inspection data uploaded by customers. Inspection data can include photographs, audio, measurements, asset addresses, location information, device metadata, and report content.

How information is used

Service providers and international processing

Brenix expects to use contracted infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, monitoring, and storage providers. Production disclosures must name or categorize subprocessors, identify processing locations, and explain applicable transfer safeguards.
